Unfortunately, I do not do emergency repairs.

My hourly rate is $100 per hr for handyman work and I have a 2-hour minimum. Time starts when I am at your door. I am fully insured.
Yes, I make sure that all repairs are completed and accurate before I leave your home. If any problems come up after, just be in touch, and I am happy to come back to help.

I can generally get back to you within 1-2 business days. At that time we can discuss your project, the estimated cost and schedule your repairs.
Yes, I can purchase supplies for you. I just charge for the cost of the items (with no mark-ups) and my time once I get to the store.
Generally, I am scheduled 1-2 weeks out. If my schedule opens up after we put something on the calendar, I will reach out to see if you’d like me to help earlier.
Payment is due at the time of the repair.
For larger projects, we can discuss a payment structure.
